Return Policy

We understand that sometimes an appliance might not be the right fit. We offer a 48-hour return window from the time of delivery or pickup.

Here's how our return process works:

  • Initiating a Return:

    To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your appliance.

  • Return Condition:

    The appliance must be returned in the same cosmetic condition as when it left our store. It also needs to be reasonably clean and include all original contents and parts that came with the unit. Appliances returned with excessive debris, residue, or missing components may be subject to a reconditioning fee.

  • Return Fees:

     If you opt for us to pick up the appliance, you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

  • Free Drop-off:

     You can avoid return fees by dropping off the appliance yourself at our Kissimmee, Florida warehouse during business hours.

  • Inspection and Processing:

    Once we receive the returned appliance, it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure its cosmetic condition, cleanliness, and completeness. Upon successful inspection, your return will be processed.

  • No Returns After 48 Hours:

    Please note that we cannot accept any returns after the initial 48-hour period has passed.

1-Year Warranty Included

All appliances sold by Noboxy come with a 1-year warranty, provided either by the original manufacturer or one of our trusted third-party warranty partners.

Warranty coverage includes:

  • Repair or replacement for eligible issues

  • Service by authorized technicians

  • Parts and labor as outlined in the warranty provider’s terms
