Warranty
All appliances purchased from Noboxy include a 1-year warranty starting on the date of delivery or pickup.

The warranty applies to functional defects that occur under normal residential use.

Return Policy
We understand that sometimes an appliance isn’t the perfect match. That’s why we offer a 48-hour return window from the time of delivery or pickup.
Here's how our return process works
1. Start Your Return
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your appliance to request a return.
2. Condition Requirements
Returned appliances must be in the same cosmetic condition as when they left our store. They should be reasonably clean and include all original parts and accessories. Units returned with significant dirt, residue, or missing components may incur a reconditioning fee.
3. Return Options & Fees
If you choose pickup, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees. You can avoid return fees by dropping off the appliance at your nearest Noboxy location.
4. Inspection & Processing
Once the appliance is received, we’ll inspect it for condition, cleanliness, and completeness. If everything checks out, your return will be processed promptly.
5. After 48 Hours
Returns cannot be accepted once the 48-hour window has passed.
